Substitution Policy for Flowers

We make substitutions so that:
(1) it reaches you on time
Our team will make replacements with elements of equal or greater value and  so that your order arrives on time and as scheduled.

(2) it’s the freshest and the best
All floral arrangements illustrated represent only the colour and style of the arrangement. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, the final product may vary from bouquet to bouquet in terms of floral choice and composition. We use only the best to make up your order and we use alternatives with every effort made to maintain the design of the product.

In the case of single variety floral arrangements, variety will take preference over colour – we will replace the colour of the flower but not the type of flower itself.

In other products, we will substitute the colour and/or print of the item but not the size of the product itself.

Defective/Damaged Items

We’re confident that we are selling you something good. Please inspect the item upon delivery as receipt of product represents acceptance that the order was fulfilled to your satisfaction. We take great pride in the flowers we send out and ware very sorry for putting you out in the event that a fault occurs. Please let the delivery person know and also contact us right away by providing us with photos and details of the fault. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Our packaging is designed to be secure but should rough handling occur during transit, damages can occur. Please inspect the item upon delivery as receipt of product represents acceptance that the order was fulfilled to your satisfaction.

Missing / Wrong items

Please inspect the item upon delivery as receipt of product represents acceptance that the order was fulfilled to your satisfaction. If we should have not got your order right, please accept our apologies. Inform the delivery person and let us know immediately by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form (providing us with as much information as you have and attaching relevant photos) and we will investigate the issue further.
