Payment + Delivery

All charges will be made in Singapore Dollar and this will be clearly displayed at the checkout before payment and on the order confirmation e-mail.

We accept payment by major credit cards, Paypal and Interbank Transfers.

We are based in Singapore and, some banks and card issuers may charge a small foreign transaction fee when you make purchases using cards not issued in Singapore. We, unfortunately, have no control over these rates and cannot be liable for them.

Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards.

We do not store credit card details on our website. This protects you against someone accessing your password and placing orders unauthorised orders.

As a buyer, PayPal will not charge you a transaction fee. All PayPal fees are borne by us.

We deliver all over Singapore for a charge of S$15 with a small handful of exceptions.

These exceptions require an additional charge of S$20 as they are restricted areas  requiring lengthy times for security clearance and are as follows:
- Airport Cargo Complex
- Airline Road
- All Army Camps
- Jurong Island
- All PSA Ports
- Sembawang Shipyard
(subject to change with no notice)

We require 12 hours to process and dispatch these orders and delivery is made made between 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m..

We offer a rush service for orders made up to 3:00 p.m. for same day delivery by 6:00 p.m. for an additional charge of S$20. Please contact us at +(65) 90473423 or +(65) 87203423 before making your order.

Please add S$15 for orders to be delivered during our off-hours or on Sundays and public holidays.

We’d like your order to reach you safely and without any damage so all packages will need a signature upon delivery. We don’t deliver to PO boxes.

All floral orders made before 11 p.m. Singapore time will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

We guarantee fresh and beautiful flowers every time. Please check our Substitution Policy for Flowers under Customer Service for more details.

What happens when no one is in to receive the order?
As a business offering gifts, we believe in the element of surprise. As such, we will not contact a recipient prior to making a delivery. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the order, we will leave the flowers at the door. We cannot be held responsible for the flowers thereafter.

Should we not have access to the door of the delivery address, we will then contact the recipient. It is, therefore, important to make the recipient’s contact number available to us. We will then arrange for re-delivery at an extra charge of S$15. If re-delivery for perishable items is arranged for another day, we will replace the order so that your gift remains of the freshest and the best quality. This replacement order will receive a 25% discount off the original price.

Can orders be re-directed?
A charge of S$15 will be applied to re-direct orders once purchases are made. To avoid this, please take extra care to provide the correct preferred shipping address at the time of making your order.

Can orders be cancelled?
We’re very sorry but we are unable to cancel orders once purchases and/or orders are made.
